BM: Why do you think you should be a BlackMen Magazine Model?

JC: Because BlackMen is one of the biggest urban modeling magazines in the US and all of the models are classy and gorgeous. They have quality models in their magazines that I would love to be a part of and it would also help me market myself.



BM: Did you market yourself to fans on  

JC: Not yet, but I will.



BM: Were you always this amazingly curvy?

JC: I’ve always been curvy, ever since I was young. I was just a little bit skinnier.



BM: What disadvantages do you feel you have as an urban model?

JC: Height and also the fact that I’m curvy can be a disadvantage when it comes to other types of modeling. Like runway for example.



BM: Do you think that having size 40 or more hips inhibits most models?

JC: Definitely not in the urban industry but in other industries of modeling, yes.



BM: Where do you train if you are acting?




BM: Do you have a commercial head shot?

JC: No.



BM: Do you understand that without these things on your resume that you career, if any, might be short?

JC: Yes, I’m working on it.



BM: Favorite drink?

JC: Bailey’s



BM: Favorite food?

JC: Fettuccini chicken alfredo.



BM: Mood Music?




BM: Favorite vacation spot?

JC: Hawaii



BM: Favorite place to be kissed?

JC: Lips.



BM: Favorite body part on your man?

 JC: Abs.



BM: Favorite place to kiss him?

JC: Abs as well.



BM: How often do you measure yourself?

JC: Every 6 months.



BM: Are you proud of your curves?

JC: Yes.



BM: What curvaceous celebrity do you identify as a role model for success?

JC: Jennifer Lopez.



BM: Have you invested money into your career?

JC: Yes, not only in my modeling career, but in my fashion career as well.



BM: Do you or would you work a 9 to 5 until your career took off?

JC: Yes, of course.



BM: If you had an agent, would you refer all assignments to them as in your agreement, or do you feel you should take some work without informing them?

JC: If i have an agreement I would follow those rules.



BM: How do you feel about magazines like Elle and Vogue, do you think they should feature more curvaceous women?

JC: Yes, I think they should feature more curvaceous women, especially since most women in the U.S. are not tall and skinny.



BM: How do you plan to change the game?

JC: I plan on changing the game by showing people out there that models are more than just a big butt and a pretty face. Like any other person we have goals and we want to accomplish different things in life, by doing it with respect and dignity.
