Orlando’s 9 Year old Fashion Designer is Ready for the Runway 

Talia Gill at the age of 9, will showcasing her 2013 Pink Buttercup line at  Orlando Spring Nights Fashion Week.

Lights! Camera! Fashion! Talia Gill, Orlando’s Youngest Fashion Designer is Back and ready to launch her first collection from her Pink Buttercup Fashion Line and Rock the Runway at Orlando Spring Nights Fashion Week on March 28 - 31th at Terrace 390 in Downtown Orlando, FL, brought to you by Welcome Home Ent. “Fun Fashion on the runway is what I am going to bring. I want my first real show to be an experience and I want you to remember Pink Buttercup” stated Talia.

Her Spring Launch collection will have an 80’s feel but with a modern flair. Bright colored skirts with mix matching leggings, floral dresses in earthy colours and couture gowns. Talia will also be producing most of the accessories for her event. Taking school clothes to a new level, braking trends and creating fashion movements. “I just want to make what I want, how I want and make whoever is wearing it feel good. Why can’t what I make become a trend.” Glitz & Glam with a sprinkle of edge. “I am Fashion and Fashion shouldn’t have a definition, it should just be Fun.”

Amanda Jenkins producer of Orlando Spring Nights Fashion Week  is thrilled to have her on board. “Welcome Home Entertainment is not only about Fashion and Local events but it is also about supporting the youth and and we are excited to show the world what Talia’s Pink Buttercup has created at 9 years old.”

Talia Gill who has been aspiring to be a designer since the age of three, now at the age of nine will soon be taking the fashion world by storm. In first Grade she made her first purse via a plastic sewing machine and for her 8th birthday had her first sketched dress made via her aunt who is a designer herself. Now she has her Grandma's sewing machine and has started on her “Pink Buttercup” fashion line and hasn’t stopped yet.

Talia is on honor roll, in student council, won first place at the science fair and takes gifted classes. Pink Buttercup is a childrens fashion line geared towards girls but is not limited to woman. Beside sewing the garments herself, Talia hand makes accessories, purses and even blankets. “Fashion isn’t just clothes, it is all around us.”
